Returns & Exchanges

We want you leaving with a setup that works. Here is how returns and exchanges work at Aroma Rush.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days with your receipt for a full refund to your original payment method.

E-liquids, pods and disposables

For health and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, pods, cartridges and disposable vapes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged - unless the item is defective.

Defective hardware

If a device, kit or battery fails within 30 days of purchase, bring it in with your receipt (or contact us first for online orders) and we will test it. Confirmed defects are exchanged for the same item or store credit. After 30 days we are happy to help you with the manufacturer warranty process.

Dead-on-arrival disposables

If a disposable does not fire straight out of the package, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it.

Clearance items

Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return, except where defective.

Online orders

The same policy applies to online orders. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
