What are your store hours?

We're open 7 days a week, 10 AM to 11 PM - even on holidays.

Do you ship, and what does delivery cost?

Yes, we ship across Canada. Standard shipping is $9.99 and Express is $19.99; in-store pickup is always free. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How old do I have to be to buy from Aroma Rush?

You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase vaping products in Ontario. Please bring valid photo ID - we check ID in store.

How do I find a specific flavour?

Try the Flavour Finder on this site: it searches thousands of flavours across every brand we carry, with taste notes for each one, and links straight to the product.

What if my device stops working?

Bring it in with your receipt and we'll test it on the spot. Our Returns & Exchanges page explains the full policy, including defective-hardware exchanges.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes - Aroma Rush gift cards are available in store and make an easy gift for the vaper in your life.
