Uwell Caliburn Pod Systems in Canada: G3, G4, X and A3S Guide

Uwell's Caliburn range is one of the largest refillable pod lineups on our shelves in Toronto, covering pen-style kits, square KOKO-format kits, touchscreen models and many replacement pods. The models look similar, but they do not all take the same pods. This guide sets out the verified specifications for the kits we carry and which pods fit which device. It is for adults 19 and older in Ontario.

The compatibility point matters most: G3 pods, GPP pods, A3 and A3S pods, and the older coil-based G and G2 system are separate formats. An A-series pod does not fit a G-series device. Check the exact model name before ordering spares.

• Caliburn G4 Mini: 1,100 mAh, up to 35 W, no display, automatic wattage, GPP pods, adjustable airflow.
• Caliburn G4 Pro: 1,800 mAh, 5–35 W, 2.51-inch touchscreen, Storm, Waves and Custom modes, stepless airflow, GPP pods from 0.4 to 1.2 ohm, USB-C.
• Caliburn X: 850 mAh, 5–20 W, OLED display, 3 mL pod internationally, replaceable Caliburn G and G2 coils (0.8 ohm G, 1.2 ohm G2 in the kit) rather than integrated-coil pods.
• Caliburn A3S: 520 mAh, maximum 16 W, draw-activated only, 2 mL A3S and A3 pods with integrated 0.8 ohm and 1.0 ohm coils, USB-C at 2 A.

The G3 family: one pod platform, several formats

The Caliburn G3 is the standard pen-style model: wattage to 25 W, an OLED screen, and airflow changed by rotating the pod. The GK3 puts the same pod system and battery into a short, square body. The G3 Lite versions remove the screen in favour of draw activation and raise the battery to 1,200 mAh. The Caliburn G3 Pro adds a full-screen display, airflow slider and output to 35 W. All use Caliburn G3 replacement pods, stocked in our replacement pods category, so one spare pod type covers any G3-family device.

The G4 family: GPP pods and larger batteries

The G4 generation moves to Caliburn GPP pods, listed by Uwell from 0.4 to 1.2 ohm, with PRO-FOCS flavour technology. The Caliburn G4 pairs a 1,300 mAh battery with a colour display and two output modes, and also accepts G3 pods. The Caliburn G4 Mini keeps GPP compatibility and 35 W output in a smaller, screen-free body. The Caliburn G4 Pro is the largest of the three, with a 1,800 mAh battery and a full touchscreen. Moving from G3 to G4, confirm whether your spares are G3 or GPP before assuming they carry over.

The X, GZ2 and A3S: different systems, different spares

The Caliburn X and the compact GZ2 (850 mAh, maximum 17 W, G2 pods) use the earlier coil-based system: the pod is kept and the G or G2 coil inside it is replaced — a different spare part from an integrated-coil G3 or GPP pod. The Caliburn A3S is the simplest Caliburn we carry: no button, no screen, a 520 mAh battery and 2 mL A3S or A3 pods that fit only A-series devices. Uwell's Crown B (1,150 mAh, 13–35 W, 3.5 mL pod, replaceable PA coils) is a separate line again, with its own pod and coils.

E-liquid and nicotine information

Caliburn kits are refillable open systems, so there is no fixed flavour lineup in the hardware — the flavour is the bottled e-liquid you fill the pod with. Higher-resistance pods (0.9 ohm, 1.2 ohm) are the format most commonly paired with nicotine salt e-liquids; lower-resistance pods run at higher wattage within the range printed for that pod. Browse our e-liquids category. Nicotine strength is a property of the e-liquid, not the device. In Canada, nicotine concentration is capped federally at 20 mg/mL. Read the strength on the bottle and keep e-liquid out of reach of children and pets.

Who each model is for

Adult vapers who want the fewest controls will usually compare the A3S and G3 Lite. Those who want adjustable wattage and a display will usually compare the G3, GK3 and G3 Pro. Those who want the longest battery life and the newest pod platform will usually compare the G4 and G4 Pro, while X and GZ2 owners should order from the G and G2 coil system, not G3 or GPP spares. The deciding check is always the same: which pod or coil does the device take?
