The M Series battery and power modes
The pod holds no battery. It pairs with the Level X M Series Battery, a rechargeable 1,000 mAh device in a metal body with USB-C charging, a digital display, adjustable bottom airflow, and three power modes: 11 W, 17 W and 23 W.
Those modes are the main control the system offers. The lower setting uses less power per draw; the higher settings use more, and that choice affects how quickly a pod is used. The 120,000-puff figure is therefore a maximum rating rather than a count every user will reach. The 1,000 mAh cell is recharged repeatedly over the life of a single 30 mL pod, rather than the pod and battery being discarded together, as with a disposable.
